1. Digital Products and Returns

At Shadi Patrika, we provide premium digital wedding invitation templates. Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been accessed or generated.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their digital invitations. We offer a free preview system so you can see exactly what your invitation looks like before making a payment.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made accidentally due to a technical glitch on our platform.
• You were unable to access the premium features you paid for due to a verified server error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after generating the premium digital card.
• Typographical errors or mistakes in the data entered by the customer.
• Inability to use the product due to lack of technical understanding (though our support team is always ready to help).
